We’ve worked with Everstream Analytics since their website redesign in 2021. This time, our favorite friends at Everstream Analytics came to us with an exciting digital marketing challenge: Increase organic web traffic by 2x.

Streamling success faster than Ever before

Everstream Analytics, a leader in supply chain risk management solutions, faced a critical challenge: To significantly increase their organic website traffic to support their business growth. The objective was to double Everstream Analytics' organic search traffic within a specific timeframe, leveraging strategic content marketing and SEO techniques.

Setting the Stage (and soon-to-be topped goals)

Straight out of the gate, we outlined a bold objective for Everstream Analytics: to double their organic search traffic. This goal was initially estimated to be achieved by August 2023, based on a growth projection of 10% month-over-month. The target was ambitious, considering the competitive and ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing and SEO.

To achieve this, we conducted an extensive analysis of Everstream Analytics' current online presence, traffic sources, and user engagement metrics. This analysis helped in establishing a baseline at project kickoff, which was crucial for measuring progress and adjusting strategies throughout the campaign.

They conducted comprehensive keyword research to identify business-relevant keywords that were not only high in search volume but also closely aligned with Everstream Analytics' core services and expertise. We helped developed a content marketing strategy centered around these keywords. We created pillar content – comprehensive, authoritative pieces of content that covered various aspects of supply chain risk management in depth. We continuously monitored the performance of the published content, using an ever-evolving spreadsheet that detailed the keywords, their search volumes, the ranking positions, and the performance of each piece of content. This living document allowed Hounder to adapt their strategies in real-time, ensuring that the content remained relevant and effective.

Surpassing expectations and outranking competitors

The results of these efforts were both rapid and remarkable. By April 2023 (four months ahead of the initial estimate) Everstream Analytics had already doubled its organic search traffic--a testament to the effectiveness of research-driven, adaptive content strategy.

A significant metric of success was the Visibility score, as measured by Semrush. Year to date, Everstream not only saw a substantial increase in this metric but also surpassed their known competitors. The line graph, with Everstream represented in blue, showed a clear upward trajectory, outpacing competitors in various keyword rankings.

This success was not just about outranking competitors on common keywords; this initiative also identified and capitalized on niche areas where competitors were not ranking. By targeting these areas, Everstream was able to capture additional traffic and establish themselves in segments of the market that were previously unexplored or underutilized by competitors.

The success of this campaign demonstrated the power of a well-researched, strategically executed content marketing and SEO strategy. Hounder’s ability to adapt to the dynamic digital landscape and continuously optimize their approach played a critical role in achieving and even surpassing the set objectives.
